Compliance Monitoring Programme Manager

The Compliance Monitoring Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure effective oversight and challenge to first-line functions. Key responsibilities include: providing independent oversight and challenge to regulatory risks; identifying control weaknesses and areas of non-compliance; and reporting findings and recommendations for remediation. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance monitoring and risk management, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
