The Senior Legal Counsel will advise boards on legal and regulatory matters, manage contracts and disputes, support group legal risk management, and supervise junior team members. A qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE is required, with strong legal and commercial judgement, experience advising boards and senior stakeholders, and desirable fiduciary or financial services experience.
