Company Secretarial Manager

Collaborate with Boards of regulated Fund Services Businesses and various regulated funds to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and deliver high-quality governance support. Prepare agendas, attend board meetings, and prepare board packs. The role plays a crucial part in managing the delivery of company secretarial services in alignment with the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and the client's terms of business.
