Some low cloud and mist patches are likely in the morning, mainly late morning, but apart from that we are just looking at a sunny day. Similar temperatures to Friday, only marginally cooler, due to a bit more wind… force 3-4 NE’ly (strongest in the mid-afternoon). Max daytime temps will be 22-24°C. Min night time temps will be 15-17°C.

Surf and the Water

Flat west-coast surf, but good south-coast swimming conditions. Tides will be high at 10:20am (9.1m) and low at 4:40pm.

Weather

Mostly super-sunny but just a tad less warm than the previous two days, the force 3-4 wind coming straight from the E in the morning and then from the NE again in the afternoon. Max daytime temps 21-23°C. Min night time temps 14-15°C.

Surf and the Water

The surf will be phenomenally flat again. This time the west coast will be best for swimming in the morning and the south coast once again in the afternoon. Tides will be high at 11am (8.7m) and low at 5:20pm.

Weather

Very little detail to warrant going through each day separately. The wind will be some variant of a N’ly each day… ranging between WNW’ly and ENE’ly, often just light force 2-3 but sometimes getting up to moderate force 4 or perhaps very briefly fresh F5 on Wednesday. Skies will be mostly sunny by day and clear by night, but it looks as though some old and dying weather fronts might cast cloud over us from time to time, most of it being high cloud so not having much detrimental effect. Temperatures generally peaking in the range of 21-23°C each day, and then falling to mins of 14-17°C each night (depending on cloud and wind).

Surf and the Water

Another week of absolute flatness in the surf, but decent swimming conditions down on the south coast. Simple as that really. Tides will be high in the middle of the day, moving forward from 11:40am Monday to 3:15pm Friday. Low tides will be in the early mornings and in the evenings.
